Mission50 Conference Room (floor PH)

The Shipyards Conference Room can be booked hourly only. The rate is $25/hour. 

 
The Shipyards Conference Room is located at the end of the hallway of Mission 50. This room can accommodate up to 8 people. 10 can fit, but it will be tight. Projector and white board are included with the rental at no additional charge. M50 only supplies a VGA connection for the projector, so if you are using a MAC please be sure to bring the proper VGA to MAC converter. 
 
A phone can be provided at an additional charge, please speak with a Mission 50 administrator.
 
Shipyards Conference Room Cancellation Policy 
Cancellation request must be made at a minimum of 2 hours prior to the slotted conference room time - with no cancellation fee.  Any cancellation request made less than 2 hours prior to the slotted conference room time will be subject to full charges.

Executive Conference Room (suite 111)

The Executive Conference Room can only be booked a minimum of 2 hours. The rate is $39/hour. 

 
This conference room located on the first floor of 50 Harrison Street in Suite 111. This room can accommodate up to 10 people. 12-15+ can fit, but extra chairs must be requested 24 hours prior to booking. 
 
Projector and white board are included with the rental at no additional charge. M50 only supplies a VGA connection for the projector, so if you are using a MAC please be sure to bring the proper VGA to MAC converter.

Executive Conference Room Cancellation Policy

Seminar Room (suite 213)

This room is located on the second floor of 50 Harrison Street in Suite 213. The space includes use of the projector with screen and whiteboards. M50 only supplies VGA connection, so if you are using a MAC please be sure to bring the proper VGA to MAC converter.

 
 This space can accommodate up to +/- 25 people with the existing tables in either classroom or horseshoe arrangement. The space can also accommodate +/- 60 people, auditorium style, additional setup fee of $50 may be applicable. 
 
This area is typically rented after business hours or on the weekends, but can be rented during business hours upon prior request by a Mission 50 Administrator. All room set up arrangements must be no less than 24 hours prior to booking and authorized by a Mission 50 Administrator.
